Care Plus Care provides domicilary care for older people and adults with physical and mental disabilities. We are dedicated to providing the very best standard of care for those living at home but in need of some assistance. We appreciate the importance of our service users and their desire to retain a sense of independence, respect and dignity, whilst remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Our services are co-ordinated with an ethos of understanding each user's individual requirements as we strive towards helping them achieve a fulfilled and happy life. We provide a range of packages and provide personalised care plans for each service user with an emphasis on their requirements, hobbies or goals that they are working towards, as well as their likes and dislikes etc. |
